A traditional spicy elixir helps support circulation by warming the system, which in-turn supports the immune system and digestive health. Fire Cider is also a great addition to soups, sauces, dressings, marinades and even as a mixer for drinks. A medicinal boost for healing as food and medicine.
Ingredients: apple cider vinegar, local raw honey, horseradish root (Armoracia spp.), burdock root (Arcticum lappa), onion (Allium spp.),fir needles (Abies concolor and Pseudotsuga menziesii), ginger (Zingiber officinale), turmeric (Curcuma longa), jalapeño, garlic, rosemary (Rosmarinus spp.), thyme (Thymus spp.), cinnamon (Cinnamomum burmannii), nettle leaf (Urtica dioica), lemon, orange and grapefruit.
Suggested use: Shake well before use. Fire cider may be taken straight by the tablespoon or as a shot. It can also be taken in hot water as a tea with extra honey and some fresh citrus juice if desired. A few teaspoons a day is a great medicine to boost the immune system and increase circulation.
