Ingredients: Apple cider vinegar infused with wild harvested chickweed (Stellaria media), cleavers (Galium aparine), Wild yellow dock leaves (Rumex spp.), Dandelion flowers + greens (Taraxacum officinalis), and wild mustard flowers.
Suggested Use: This is a great herbal vinegar to replace your regular vinegar for use in salads, sparkling water drinks, or warm water with honey. For a simple vinegar recipe; use 1 TBS. of the herbal vinegar with 1 TBS. any kind of oil you like and salt and pepper to taste. Stir well and use as a dressing for salads, or add a splash to your favorite winter veggies, protein, or soup. This vinegar, in particular, adds a special mineral-packed punch to all your meals.
