-Herbal Medicines  & Rituals for Spring's Return

Join me for an herbal medicine class to explore traditional ways of honoring the transition from Winter to Spring here in the Sierra Nevada Mountains with nourishing foods, herbal medicine & ritual. The focus of this class will be to gather in community to explore conversations around supporting our bodies and homes for the Spring season. 

Together we will explore herbal medicines for Spring, nourishing liver and digestive supportive Spring foods, and rituals to help honor the season. We will make some medicine as a group  working with wild nettles, wild weeds and farm grown magic from River School Farm. We will each get to take home the medicines we create together, and everyone will also receive a detailed booklet with the highlighted topics and recipes from the class. 

I will be leading the class, but as always, this is a collective time to share space, so bring stories, experiences, and open hearts to this journey together. 

$75 includes material fee, take-home herbal remedies + a educational booklet, and a joyful heart to share this knowledge and medicines with yourself and community and beyond!
