Ingredients: Apple cider vinegar infused with locally foraged plums, and farm harvested red +bicolor shiso leaf (Perilla frutescens var. crispa).

Suggested use: This is a great herbal vinegar to replace your regular vinegar for use in salads, sparkling water drinks, or warm water with honey. For a simple vinegar recipe; use 1 TBS. of the herbal vinegar with 1 TBS. any kind of oil you like and salt and pepper to taste. Stir well and use as a dressing for salads, or add a splash to your favorite winter veggies, protein, or soup. This vinegar is delicious as a salad dressing or marinade-try it in beef or veggie stew!
