Ingredients: apple cider vinegar, bio-regional persimmons, cinnamon chips (Cinnamon verum or burmanni), nutmeg (Myristica fragrans), Cloves (Syzygium sp) and ginger root (Zingiber officinale) with a splash of Vermont Grade A Vermont Maple Syrup.

Suggested use: This is a great herbal vinegar to replace your regular vinegar for use in salads, sparkling water drinks or warm water with honey. For a simple vinegar recipe; use 1 TBS. of the herbal vinegar with 1 TBS. any kind of oil you like and salt and pepper to taste. Stir well and use as a dressing for salads, or add a splash to your favorite winter veggies, protein or soup.

I cannot decide which vinegar is my favorite! They are all amazing in different things honestly. This one in particular I have liked using with our veggies. I made a cucumber salad with this that my family absolutely loved!
