Join me in Truckee for an herbal medicine class to explore traditional ways of using herbal teas as medicine! Families with kiddos are welcome-please bring your kids to class if you would like! Learn how to make herbal lip balm, orange pomanders, herbal culinary salts for all your holiday meals and herbal elixirs. This class is going to be so much fun and all of these make the perfect gifts for your loved ones, so cross some gifts off your list and come hang with us.

This class will go in depth about different types of herbs and their medicinal profiles, and we will also make all four recipes that will be available to take home.

I will be leading the class, but as always, this is a collective time to share space, so bring stories, experiences, and open hearts to this journey together. 

$85 includes take-home herbal teas to share with your family + booklet, and a joyful heart to share this knowledge and medicines with yourself and community and beyond!

Sierra Roots Wellness's seasonal medicines will be available after the class for sale  as well.
