Ponderosa Pine Hydrosol-2oz

I made my first batch of pine hydrosol this year and it reminded me of jumping from branch to branch growing up in the Sierra Foothills. Its scent is sweet and reminds me of walking through the damp pine forests of the Sierras. It's wonderful to support opening up the lungs and helps you to let go of what needs to be let go. Be one with the trees with this pine hydrosol. Allow yourself to feel rooted and held by the trunk of the pine tree while allowing deeper and more easeful breath to occur.

Ingredients: Distillation of Ponderosa Pine needles and bark (Pinus ponderosa)

*The pine used in this process is sourced from fire prevention prunings and wind-blown fallen branches.

Suggested use: Enjoy as a face and body mist or a room spray. Pine is especially good for helping us to feel rooted and centered. Use as a mist when you are experiencing respiratory symptoms, as pine helps to open the airways and promote healthy respiratory health. Energetically pine also allows us to shift feelings of guilt and shame into acceptance.

Feel the warmth of the Sierra sun as you soak in this lovely bath soak made with locally wild-harvested herbs and healing oils.

Something I look forward to each year is watching the wild fruits blossom and then turn to ripe juicy-ness to conjure up syrups in the fall. This oxymel feels like home to me, with all the juicy and immune-supportive fruits from the Sierras and wild mint from the meadow we now call home. Nettle Seed + Seaweed Gomasio 3 oz

I love to cook almost as much as I love to work with plant medicine, so herbal salts are something I’m always dreaming of making more of. This one came through with the late summer offerings of nettle seeds from a wild nettle patch I’ve tended for years and a trip to the coast for some mineral-rich California seaweed! Enjoy this mineral-packed herbal salt on all your favorite meals with treats from the land +sea. Made with wild-harvested nettle seed and foraged seaweed from the California coast.

Ingredients: stinging nettle seed, powder +leaf (Urtica dioica), Kombu powder(Saccharina japonica), Wakame powder (Undaria pinnatifida), lemon peel powder(Citrus limon), orange peel powder(Citrus X sinensis), and sea salt.

Suggested use: Enjoy this salt in replacement of regular salt! Nettles + seaweed are two of the foods richest in essential vitamins and lemon +orange peel is loaded with bioflavonoids and vitamin C. Try this salt as a finishing salt for ramen, soups + sprinkled over your favorite dishes.

May you all feel joy and guidance during this fall season. Thank you so much for your support on this path-and may the medicines reach your body & soul and bring you vitality for greater healing!

XO-Mary
